This is not right. Spare me the excuses and mob violence approvals. The Constitution grants the driver of that truck rights just like any other American. We can not pick and choose who has rights and when by stupid decisions humans make.
A judge hands down punishment for crime in America, not the police. If you believe in mob justice you are in company with the BLM that riots and stomps on other American rights also.
Should this man stand trial for his crimes yes. Should he be punished? Yes, but after pleading guilty or being found guilty!! If you do not believe every American has that right then you Do Not believe in the Constitution!!
