 POSE  AN  IMMINENT AND SIGNIFICANT THREAT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH RESULTING
 IN SEVERE MORBIDITY OR HIGH MORTALITY, THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER  DELE-
 GEE,  INCLUDING,  BUT  NOT  LIMITED  TO THE COMMISSIONER OR THE HEADS OF
 LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, MAY ORDER THE REMOVAL AND/OR DETENTION OF SUCH
 A PERSON OR OF A GROUP OF SUCH PERSONS BY ISSUING A SINGLE ORDER,  IDEN-
 TIFYING  SUCH  PERSONS  EITHER  BY  NAME  OR  BY  A  REASONABLY SPECIFIC
 DESCRIPTION OF THE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUP BEING DETAINED. SUCH  PERSON  OR
 GROUP OF PERSONS SHALL BE DETAINED IN A MEDICAL FACILITY OR OTHER APPRO-

 DELEGEE AND COMPLYING WITH SUBDIVISION FIVE OF THIS SECTION.

This is not freedom! How long will you be detained? Well, that will be up to the masters that rule over you!

3. A PERSON OR GROUP REMOVED OR DETAINED BY ORDER OF THE  GOVERNOR  OR
 HIS  OR HER DELEGEE PURSUANT TO SUBDIVISION TWO OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE
DETAINED FOR SUCH PERIOD AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE DEPARTMENT MAY DIRECT
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

Illinois Judge Finds FOID Card Unconstitutional!

Well, On Fed 14th of 2018 there was a ruling by a Judge in White County, Il that states the following  “In this case, the facts show the defendant possessed a gun, in her house, for
the purpose of self-defense without a FOID card. To require the defendant to fill out a
form, provide a picture ID and pay a $10 fee to obtain a FOID card before she can
exercise her constitutional right to self-defense with a firearm is a violation of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution”

This, of course, has been appealed by the state and we will follow it to its conclusion. The case was about a lady with a clean record, in possession of a single shot, bolt action rifle .22 in the home for personal protection. No FOID but otherwise eligible for a FOID.

The Judge ruled requiring a license and charging a fee/tax to exercise a Constitutional right in the home unconstitutional.

Americans need to think about this issue a little more deeply than CNN sound bits. Do you as an American really want to give up your RIGHT to self-defense. You know I follow the old adage “it is better to have one and not need it than to need one and not have it”. The cost of that could mean even your life or the life of a loved one.

I think to any honest, fact-seeking American the truth is becoming more evident by the day.  The liberals lost, but they will not accept defeat, and are revolting openly in the media, on the streets, and through censorship. The DOJ, FBI, and CIA have become lawless and are complicit in a plan to overthrow President Trump that We The People elected.

If you love America and your freedom voting Donald Trump into office was only the first step to ensuring freedom for our kids and their kids.  This is not only our Duty, but we owe it to every veteran that has lost their life, Limb or Survived fighting to defend our right to live as Free men and Women.

High School in Illinois Censors Valadictorian’s Speech!!!

Imagine working Very hard throughout your High School days to be the smartest in your class and then when your moment that you earned comes to speak on your accomplishment your High School won’t allow speak you to give the speech you wrote!!

That is what happened to Sam Blackledge, who maintained a 4.0 grade-point average during his academic career at West Prairie High School, He wanted to give thanks to his inspiration Jesus Christ. He wanted humble himself and be thankful to his hero that he believes in.

Does he not have the right to Free speech. He earned his moment in the spotlight!! Schools will not allow the name Jesus Christ to be spoken in their buildings now? If it is used on an adult to sway them to purchase something what could it do to a young unstable teen mind? One already on Psych medicine or being bullied? Add violent video games and fatherless children to the list of common denominators. How hard could it be to push someone into something if you are inside their head?
