Do Liberals Really Care About Sexual Assult?

I Am writing this as a Father that has been through this issue. Honorable men do believe sexual assault happens. I have had to deal with it because some other Father did not teach his kid that assaulting a female is wrong.  I had to fight the Liberal School District of Round Lake, Il, and their corrupt lying courthouse in Lake County, Il that ruled for the predator instead of the victim. I stood for my daughter with a timely and witnessed assault on my daughter by a fellow student.

In my case, I was called in by the Assistant Mr. Pope at The Johnn T. McGee school District. My daughter was in 8th grade and this was in 2012 the height of Obama’s presidency. When I see these liberals act like they care about Sexual Assult it is a slap in the face and a reminder that they are liars.

Mr. Pope informed me that during wrestling practice a latin boy was teasing my daughter about what he witnessed seeing the day before at the High School while my daughter was waiting for Wrestling club practice to start. There a fellow black student held her down, dry humped her, put her in aa equipment closet where she hid behind a high jump mat until he finally let her out. Mr. Pope told me that the witness said “it looked like he was trying to rape her”

This only came to light because the witness was teasing her about it and the coach overheard and asked what was going on. Mr. Pope then told me they were going to ” suspend the perp. for 5 days “. Yeah, a five-day suspension was the schools answer to this sexual assault and attempted rape of my 12-year-old daughter. I was immediately outraged and told them I did not want this perp around my daughter and there “punishment” was not adequate.

The school did nothing to help my daughter. I knew it was up to me. So I started researching what I could do. I decided to go to court and get a restraining order. I went and obtained an order that stated this perp. could not come within 500 feet of the school when my daughter was present.

After obtaining the restraining order and only after that was my daughter’s assault worthy of a meeting with the Principal of the School.  I attended this meeting with my now Ex-wife.  The Principal who was female started out the conversation saying “oh you are one of those manly men like my husband”. I thought this was an odd thing to say, but at the time my whole focus was not having my daughter go to school every day with the perp. who tried to rape her and assaulted her.

I produced the restraining order for her and told her I will not rest until I am ensured my daughter will not have to go to school with this perp. I explained I have emailed the press and have gotten a response back from 2 news outfits. I did not want the attention nor did my daughter, but we did not start this the perp. did and the school knew it.

I also contacted the police and we fully cooperated with them. The school then decided to send the perp to the other middle school in the Round Lake area. Problem solved? Just temporarily.

A week before my daughter was going to start High School I received a call from Mr. Pope. He now worked at the High School. He asked me if I still had the restraining order.  He noticed the perp was also registered for High School at The Round Lake High School.

I assured him the order was still valid, and he asked me to bring it up to the High School which I did. The first day of school and I get a text from my daughter that the perp is there and 15 feet from her in violation of the restraining order. It also stated he could not be within 500 ft of here at any time. I immediately went up to the school. Once again I was given to the assistant principal Mr. Pope who was trying to help me.

Mr. Pope told me that the above him said the order states “John T. Mcgee the middle school, not the High School.” I explained it also states that he can not at anytime be 500 feet near her and that in fact, he was just that morning in assembly.  The school’s solution? They will shift their schedules around so he is not 500 ft from her at the school. I knew this could not be guaranteed and what about school functions will he be denied them if my daughter wants to attend?

I decided to show the school how the system works. I went back to the lady that helped me get the order in the first place and explained I need the order to say the High School now.  I told her the High School needed this to enforce it. Little did I know the High School would fight me on this. The wonderful victim’s advocacy lady got it done and I returned to the school with the order.

There was a hearing on the order and I showed up and so did the perps parents. At this point 9 months later there were still no charges from the Lake County Juvenile Prosecutor.  I was trying to be patient, but there was clearly enough evidence to press charges with the witness. At this hearing, the Judge told the perps father that if charges get pressed on this boy “He will not go to school with her” There was an alternative school available.

The perp was then stopped from going to school, at least temporarily. There was another hearing scheduled I believe a month later. This time I showed out no one was there for the other side, The Judge then Continued it instead of ruling.  I was surprised by this.

I called the juvenile state attorney a few times trying to find out why no charges had been pressed noting the Judge’s words to the perps father. Got VM and never a return call. This was shocking and had me scratching my head.

I received another phone call from Mr. Pope 2 days after the hearing. He told me that the safety officer at the school had paperwork for me. I went up there and was given a motion filed by the parents on the day of the hearing. On the bottom of the motion, it stated in the father’s hand writting that “we filed this as instructed by the school” The picture immediately became clear to me that the school was helping the perp and not the victim.  I was puzzled by this, but in hindsight and research later I know why now.

It had everything to do with race and Obama’s program to keep Black crime by students in-house instead of reporting it to the police. Now I understand that that the Administrator of the School District (who would never meet with me) was trying to downplay my child’s sexual assault by a black student. These were far left liberal policies by the same liberals that now say “every victim has a right to be heard” what a joke!

I went immediately to the administration building demanding to know why the school handed out legal advice to the perp. I was told no one could speak to me. I went home and received a phone call a few hours later from the Assistant to the administrator We scheduled a meeting for the next day and I went to see him.

The administrator is a black liberal and they gave me the assistant a white man. He had been the principal of Waukegan High school for many years.  We talked and I explained I will never back down. He said the perp. had a right to education.  I explained that I was not trying to deny his right, but my daughter has a right to safety.  I told him there is the alternative school for those who harm others and he basically told me that is not an option because it is too expensive to send him there. This also shocked and surprised me. So money is the reason? I knew I was in for a fight.

At this point, I decided to hire a lawyer. I had taken care of it by myself so far and should have kept it that way.  I researched attorneys and decided to hire the head of the Bar association in Waukegan. Once again I sat for an hour in the courtroom waiting on the Perps parents to show up. We were called up again and the judge rescheduled. As we were walking out here came the parent over an hour late. My attorney saw them and got us back in front of the judge. This seemed odd to me at the time since I was paying him and when they did not show he should have asked for a final judgment.  So once again it was rescheduled.

In the meantime, I pressured the Juvenile prosecutor to press charges still none had been filed. I decided to try to get some help. I googled mother organizations. The first one local I contacted got ahold of me, Luck would happen they helped get the Head states Attorney get elected. I explained the situation and they offered to help. A few days later I got a call from the Head States Attorney from Lake County. I once again explained it all and told him what the judge said. He promised me he would call the Juvenile States Attorney and something would be done. He was true to his word and the Juvenile state’s Attorney finally almost a year later filed a charge.

He filed a simple battery charge against the perp. and that took his bosses’ pressure to get that done. I was happy and sad at the same time. The charge meant I could at least keep him from going to school with my daughter so I thought naively trusting a judge to keep his word. I thought I could trust a judges word that he said in open court.

Well, the next “hearing’ was here and we all showed with our attorneys. I was prepared to testify and get this over with.  Low and behold there was no hearing. I showed to hear a ruling without having the chance to put up our side. The Judge stated that he would be allowed back in school as my”lawyer” just remained silent. I spoke up. I started to ask why and that you the judge said as I was interrupted by the judge and told to shut up that I had a lawyer.  The bailiff took that as a sign for him to come and stand right behind me and mean mug me. I felt like the perp, not a father trying to get justice for his daughter. I knew if I spoke again I would go to jail and they would call it justice.

Yeah, after everything we lost and I will never hire an attorney again in my life I have since done my own divorce in the same courthouse where a judge apologized to me covering the ex-wife’s attorney’s mistake. I have found no Justice in the Lake County Courthouse of Illinois

I researched the superintendent of Round Lake Area School District 116.  Her name is Constance Collins. She has retired in since, but she does not believe in at least my daughter’s rights to be heard of her safety as she was the boss and would not even meet with me.

She talks a good game as reported in Beloved superintendent to retire from Round Lake Dist. 116 This is her first meeting after being hired “”She opened the meeting by saying in talking with community and staff that she would sometimes hear people refer to students as ‘these kids’ and talk about the children of Round Lake as if they are somehow different from other kids,” Armstrong said of Collins. “She said that’s just not true, ‘these kids’ are our kids and they have the potential to make the world a better place, and it’s our job to educate them so they can.”

She is also highly endorsed by Maria Colung who said “she went to Collins seven years ago to suggest helping Latino families by hosting Hispanic heritage celebrations and programs for parents. Colunga said Collins agreed and has helped foster a stronger sense of community.”

“Every parent wants the best for their child, and when they see that type of support coming from the top, it really gives them hope that their child is going to have a very bright future,”

Every student except mine I guess she meant. Why? that is the question I would like to ask this Dr. of Philosophy with all here awards and education surely she could explain that to my undereducated self. Why not take a meeting with me if you truly care about all your students? Or do you only care about the ones of color because that is who your school helped, the perp!.

She was awarded Most Influential African American of Lake County (2017) Sure no understatement there 🙂  Superintendent Collins is a repeat presenter for the National Council on Educating Black Children (NCEBC) and the National Alliance of Black School Educators (NABSE).  She is a life member of NABSE,

Think I ever had a chance? This is as liberal as it gets. In Round Lake, there was no white classes or black classes. There were just student classes. There is no oppression of students because of the color of their skin. Students of color were not treated differently or were they? Sure seems to me after what my daughter and I went through that they can do as they please.

I had to go home the day we were railroaded in court and explain to my daughter that Round Lake School District helped the perp and does not care one bit about your safety and it is because you are white. There was no other plausible reason.  I had to explain to her that you have to go to school with the boy who sexually assaulted her.  I had no Senator Frankifienstien in my corner and no politician could gain political points by defending my daughter and her very real sexual assault.  In their eyes I would probably be racist for bringing it up in the Obama white man is evil Administration.

I, with permission from my daughter, am bringing this story to light because of the political climate and to show liberals do not care about sexual assault unless they can gain political points from it.  They used all the power they had to suppress my daughter’s case.

The Perp was later convicted of simple battery and given court supervision. That was all my daughter was worth to The Superintendent of School and the Lake County Court system.

My daughter is doing fine today and I believe showing her how to stand and fight has helped her get past this.  Ladies if you keep it inside and expect it to go away it never will. Stand and fight for justice, real justice, and even if you lose you it will help you heal.  Those women that accuse men falsely? They only hurt real victims of sexual assault and in my eyes vile. ~RJH

This is what Tommy Robinson went to jail for, he reported on this trial. For some reason, the British government wants to keep this all hush, hush as little girls are still being abused and raped. How did our media react to this horrific story of child and female abuse? One would think the U.S media would be all over it, after all, we take accusations from 35 years ago so serious it delays a vote on a supreme court nominee right. Let’s see how CNN reported this.

I guess this is how Muslims spread peace to little girls. 45 young girls are approached every day!! The press labels anyone that thinks this should not go on as far right. Tommy Robinson is facing another 2 years in jail for reporting the truth. This is what happens when you allow Muslims in your country.
